APX Announces Changes to its Supervisory Board


Power spot and clearing exchange APX today announces changes to its Supervisory Board. Jan Steinhauser and Henk Chin-Sue step down as they retire from their duties on the Board while Guido Dubbeld and Pieter Aartsen join the APX Supervisory Board as of today.

Jan Steinhauser has been the member of the Board since 2001 and Henk Chin-Sue since 2006.

The new member of the Supervisory Board Guido Dubbeld (43) is Chief Financial Officer of Eneco. Guido joined Eneco in 2002 and started in his role in 2011, prior to which he was the Managing Director Eneco Energy Trade from 2007 to 2011. Guido is also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Stedin B.V.
Guido holds a Master of Economics degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Pieter Aartsen (50) is a Member of the Executive Board of BinckBank since 2006 until 22 April 2014, and is responsible for company’s Professional Services and Able B.V. Prior to his post at BinckBank, Pieter was Head of European Securities Clearing and Vice President at Deutsche Bank in London and Amsterdam and has held various positions at KAS Bank.
Pieter holds a Master of Economics degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

APX and Hans ten Berge, Chairman of APX Supervisory Board, wish to extend their gratitude to Jan Steinhauser and Henk Chin-Sue for their long standing contributions at the APX Supervisory Board and wish them all the best for the future.
